Privacy Policy
Vlogme Lingo is operated by BEINTOUCH PTE. LTD. This policy explains how the service handles account, media, voice, usage, and payment data.
Data we process
We process account identifiers, project metadata, uploaded audio and video, transcripts, translations, selected voice settings, exports, usage records, payment entitlement status, device and security signals, and support communications. Payment card details are handled by the applicable payment provider and are not stored by Vlogme Lingo.
Why we process it
Data is used to provide transcription, translation, subtitles, Synced Voiceover, exports, billing, abuse prevention, support, and service reliability. Voice samples are processed only to provide the user-requested voice feature and are not offered as public voices.
Processors and international transfers
We may use infrastructure, authentication, payments, AI, storage, and media-processing providers, including Supabase, Cloudflare, Stripe, Apple, Google, RevenueCat, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Inngest, and Modal. Processing may occur in countries other than your own under appropriate contractual safeguards.
Retention and deletion
Source media for free projects is scheduled for deletion after 7 days; source media for paid projects after 30 days. Transcripts remain until the project is deleted. Temporary voice clones and related samples are removed with the source. Users can delete a project and its associated files immediately from the service, subject to short-lived backups and records we must retain for security, fraud prevention, or legal duties.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion of personal data where applicable. Contact privacy@vlogme.lingo. We may need to verify the request before acting.
Security and children
We use access controls, signed uploads, server-side secret handling, scoped storage, rate limits, and audit records. No system is perfectly secure. The service is not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age required by local law.
