Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Vlogme Lingo, a service of BEINTOUCH PTE. LTD. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate and improve the requested service. You must have all rights necessary to upload, transcribe, translate, alter, and export the content.

Voice consent

You may use Original Voice only when every affected voice owner has knowingly authorized the intended cloning and use. A separate attestation is recorded for each project. Without that attestation, Vlogme Lingo uses licensed Voice Match options. You may not impersonate, deceive, defraud, harass, or violate publicity, privacy, or intellectual property rights.

AI-generated output

Transcripts, translations, voiceovers, and timing are generated with automated systems and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing output before publication and for providing any disclosure required by law or platform policy. Synced Voiceover is not lip-sync and is not represented as ElevenLabs Dubbing.

Plans, packages, and payments

Monthly allowances renew each billing cycle and do not roll over. Purchased packs do not expire unless required by law. Each target language consumes its own translation or voiceover allowance. Store purchases are also subject to Apple or Google terms. Taxes, refunds, cancellation, and renewal disclosures are shown at checkout.

Availability and liability

We may limit processing to protect users, rights holders, or service economics. Beta features may change. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
